2. What data we collect and why

We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through the demo request form:

• Name, email address, company name, phone number and any message you write.
• Purpose: to contact you and arrange the product demonstration you requested, and to handle any subsequent commercial communication related to that request.
• Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

3. How your data is processed

Form submissions are sent to us by email. They are not stored in a database on this Website. Your data will be kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

4. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. email providers) under data-processing agreements, and disclosed where legally required.

If you accept analytics cookies, usage data may be processed by Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) as described in the Cookie policy. Google may transfer data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to info@vstech.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
